At Home Start RKH we are passionate about helping families to feel both cared for and empowered. We do this by:

• Offering practical and emotional support tailored to mothers in the third trimester of pregnancy or those parenting a child under the age of five.
• We support families living in the boroughs of: Richmond, Kingston or Hounslow

We offer:

• 6-9 months of practical and emotional support. This support is offered by trained volunteers and managed by our expert family staff team.
• A volunteer visiting a family at home once per week for around 2 hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).
• A volunteer accompanying a family on a walk and talk (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm).
  Families attending our small and welcoming weekly family groups.
